Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from oakbridge.in, operated by Oakbridge Publishing Pvt. Ltd., and should be read together with our other applicable policies.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable.

Once an order has been successfully placed, no cancellation, return, exchange, or refund will be provided, including requests arising from change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to use or access the purchased product or service.

2. Digital Products & eBooks

All digital products, including eBooks and other electronically delivered content, are non-refundable once the order has been successfully processed or access has been provided.

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds after delivery or access.

3. Physical Products

Orders for physical products are also non-refundable once the order has been placed and processed.

In the event that a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [info@oakbridge.in](mailto:info@oakbridge.in) within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number and providing relevant photographs or details.

Any such complaint will be reviewed by Oakbridge Publishing Pvt. Ltd. and, where applicable, an appropriate resolution such as a replacement may be offered at our discretion. No cash or payment refund will be provided.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails but an amount is debited from your account, the transaction will be subject to the payment gateway and banking reversal process.

In case of an apparent duplicate payment, please contact [info@oakbridge.in](mailto:info@oakbridge.in) with the relevant transaction details. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with the payment gateway's transaction records.

5. No Refund for Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds due to change of mind, personal circumstances, failure to use the product or service, or inability to participate after purchase.

Customers are advised to review the product details, pricing, features, and applicable terms carefully before completing a purchase.
