Krupa Venkatesh
Krupa Venkatesh is an indirect tax professional with nearly 33 years of experience. She is a Cost Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification and has wide ranging experience in various aspects of indirect taxes.She started her career with the Government of India and then worked with Deloitte India for 14 years, where she was a Partner in charge on the Bangalore and Chennai Indirect tax practices. She was instrumental in setting up the Bangalore, Chennai Indirect Tax practice and has advised several Indian and multinational clients in manufacturing, banking, insurance, retail, e-commerce, and other service sectors. She spent 3 years with Amazon India as Director for India taxes where she spearheaded the implementation of GST for all of Amazon India entities.
