Dr Prabhat Kumar
Dr Prabhat Kumar is a distinguished alumnus of S N Medical College, Agra, who topped the UPSC Civil Services Examination in 1985. He served in several key administrative roles across Uttar Pradesh, including District Magistrate postings in Fatehpur, Muzaffarnagar, and Kanpur, and as Vice Chairman of development authorities in Moradabad, Lucknow, and the Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority. Notable contributions include the Rispana Bridge andVivekanand Chowk globe in Dehradun. Renowned for integrity and commitment to public service, he retired in April 2019.
