Dr B S Patil
Dr. B.S. Patil is an Associate Professor at V.M. Salgaocar College of Law, Goa, where he has taught for over two decades. A legal educator and academic coach, his work spans Courtroom Ethics, Disability Rights, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Criminal Law. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Rights of Disabled Persons. His passion for justice has led him to design modules on client counselling, negotiation, and conflict management, and to serve as a national consultant on elder rights and adoption law. He has published extensively, trained educators nationwide, and contributed to national initiatives including UGC e-Pathshala and CARA.
