Hon'ble Justice Rajiv Shakdher spoke eloquently about how technology can act as a force multiplier to accelerate aiding of judicial decision making in routine matters, in some cases, and how it can also act as a sieve to weed out inefficiencies and potential misuse.
Justice Shakdher further added that technologies like predictive analytics could greatly aid advocates work for doing a neutral evaluation of the cases to determine if it's even worth litigating.
