Any complaints or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be submitted through an email addressed to the Grievance Officer at marketing@oakbridge.in, duly signed by the Complainant with his/her electronic signature.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, amendment, validity or termination, shall be referred to and resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be a “documents only”, evidence through affidavits “fast track” arbitration. The Tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator to be appointed by OakBridge. The exclusive seats of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India & the language of the arbitration shall be English. This agreement shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the laws of India. User access to & use of the Site is subject to all applicable Indian laws.
In respect of all matters/disputes arising out of, in connection with or in relation to this agreement, only the Courts at New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction.
