Atul Kulkarni
Atul Kulkarni is serving as an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer in Maharashtra cadre. He secured AIR (All India Rank) 180 in CSE, 2014. He has also obtained a post-graduation degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in the area of Urban policy and Governance. Known for changing the face of women-safety through ‘Bharosa’ cells, he is popular for his people-friendly ways of policing.
