About the Authors
Smarak Swain graduated in has joined the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) in 2008. In the IncomeTax department, he has wide experience in the fields of corporate and business assessments, financial investigation, tax administration of charitable and religious trusts, and international taxation.
Satyajeet Sahoo is a graduate from IIT Kharagpur. He had worked onnumerous projects on corporate governance during his MBA at IIM Indore. He is presently pursuing a PhD from IIT Kharagpur.
